This morning I ran 5.25 miles with my boys, in the wind. It was rough! But during naptime, I did another workout. Check it -
I broke everything into thirds, so 10 assisted pull-ups, 2 min plank, 2 min wall sit, 1 mile…repeated 3 times. Had I not ran this morning, I probably would have done a few more rounds. Next workout for today, volleyball practice! I’m making them do conditioning and I love joining in so they can’t complain as much!!
