ABOUT DVF FITNESS
DVF Fitness started out as a blog, in 2008 and was originally called ‘Daily Vitamin F’. At the time I only held my BS in Nutrition, and I focused the blog on Fitness, Food, Family, Friends, Fun, etc…all things ‘F’. Now DVF Fitness is my personal training & running coach brand. At DVF Fitness, I work to meet your personal goals, wants, and needs. With my background in nutrition & sports, along with my personal athletic & educational knowledge & experience, I know I can help you succeed at reaching your goals.

I offer personal training packages and running programs designed just for you. I will be offering fitness classes soon, and also have consultations and body/fitness assessments available with or without a personal training program. Find more information and details about the fitness services I offer HERE.

MORE ABOUT KILEY
Along with being a personal trainer and running coach, I am also a wife, a mother of 3 (2 boys & a girl), a business owner (The Baxter Boy), a cub scout den leader, a Girls on the Run volunteer, and a middle school volleyball coach. A few of the things I love are my husband, my kiddos, running (definitely my passion), hiking, biking, eating, visiting family, the Oregon coast, wood working, church, and of course, Montana!

I was born and raised in Eastern Oregon and come from a family of 10 (4 sisters, 3 brothers). I grew up loving the outdoors and playing sports, particularly volleyball, basketball, softball & running. In high school, I could only play volleyball (because of knee problems), and I also ran to stay in shape, but never competitively. Hiking and camping have always been apart of my life as well, even more so now.

wedding

After earning my Bachelors degree in Nutrition and Food Management from OSU, my husband and I were married in the Portland, OR temple. After my husband graduated, we moved to Bozeman, MT, as he was offered a job that we couldn’t turn down. We have lived here since 2009 and absolutely love it, even if summer is only a few short months!

Upon moving to Bozeman, I worked at a local gym, Access Fitness, for 4 years, while having 2 children in the meantime. Once my second child was mobile, I decided to stay home, and work from home, while coaching volleyball in the fall. After getting certified as a personal trainer and a running coach, DVF Fitness finally became a reality! My absolute dream come true!

My love for running started in junior high, but I never ran competitively until I was in college. I have since ran many 5Ks, 10Ks, 1/2 marathons, a marathon, and trail races, along with a duathlon (run-bike-run). My favorite race by far is the 1/2 marathon, and you will see me training for at least one every year!
