Coaching information | DVF Fitness

Welcome to DVF Fitness coaching!  I’m Kiley & am an RRCA certified running coach, as well as an ACE certified personal trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in nutrition. I offer online or in-person coaching for runners, ranging from beginners (couch-to-5K) to the more experienced runners looking for a PR (personal record). Read more about me & my experience HERE.

To start, please fill out this initial questionnaire, which includes details on your running history, training habits,
past injury concerns, future goals, etc. so I can get to know you & your running goals better.

After you complete the questionnaire above, please e-mail it back to me and I will contact you within 36 hours, via email, phone call, or text (whichever you choose) for your complementary consultation. We’ll discuss which plan (see below) best fits your needs & discuss what you can expect from DVF Fitness coaching, and the day we’ll start your program.

Finally, make the commitment to yourself to be dedicated to the running/training program designed specifically for you, fill out this contract & liability waiver, make your payment to DVF Fitness (I’ll send you an invoice) & you’re running coaching program will begin!

Private coaching can include any of the following:

    *Assistance during a long run (pacing, fuel, hydration, mental strategies, and race day tips)
    *Guidance and support at the track for speed work
    *Strength and flexibility assessment, using functional movement tests, and providing feedback to address any imbalances
    *A consultation about your current training and suggestions for improvement
