Online/virtual coaching | DVF Fitness Running Coach

This option is best for runners of all levels who want access to a coach, via e-mail, phone/text, or messaging (ie: facebook), for feedback and support while training. This option requires consistent communication between runner and coach (weekly reporting, training plan alterations, etc.) as I will be constantly adapting and adjusting your training plan based on how you are progressing.

To get started with online coaching (e-coaching), please complete this QUESTIONNAIRE detailing your running history, current fitness level, goals, etc and e-mail it back to me.

 THIS PLAN INCLUDES:

  • A complementary initial consultation (via e-mail or phone call) – we’ll review your questionnaire, discuss what to expect from DVF Fitness coaching, and plan the day we’ll start your program
  • A customized training plan for your goal race - the training plan is delivered in weekly increments so that it can be constantly adapted and adjusted based on how you are progressing
    • with detailed goal paces, distance, duration and intensity
  • Weekly progress report check-ins - to track your performance of previous week
  • Injury prevention tips & strategies
  • Access to a coach for questions and advice – based on coaching plan (see pricing below), via e-mail, phone/text, or fb messaging
  • Race day strategy and plan

*please fill out & sign this contract and liability waiver before your online coaching begins (if I don’t receive it, I will email it to you before I e-mail your first training plan)

1 month training plans:
$85 = training plan delivered & adapted weekly, contact via e-mail/text/fb messaging up to 2 times/week (not including weekly progress report check-in)
$100 = training plan delivered & adapted weekly, contact via e-mail/text/fb messaging up to 4 times/week (not including weekly progress report check-in)

8 week training plans:

12 week training plans:

*It’s best to have a focused training plan for at least 8 weeks prior to your race, no matter the race distance or experience level
