I am an ACE certified personal trainer. I offer personal training sessions in my personal gym, ranging from 30-60 minute sessions. There are different package deals available as well (ie: 5 1-hr sessions, buddy training, 3 month plan, etc).

As an RRCA (Road Runners Club of America) certified running coach, I plan on helping you accomplish your training & racing goals. Training programs start at 8 weeks in length, and go up from there, depending on your running goals, or I offer monthly training plans or one-on-one coaching.

I offer outdoor fitness classes (currently only during the summer); involving HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts, body weight exercises, partner workouts, total body classes, core focused workouts, etc. From beginner to advanced, these classes will get you in shape, help you lose that stubborn weight, create a bond with fitness, get you leaner & stronger! These classes range from 30-60 minutes, and drop in’s are welcome!

If you are interested in learning about your body fat percentage, current fitness level, weak or tight areas, etc. I can help. This does not involve any blood work or physical therapist instruments (please seek higher medical attention if that is what you are looking for), but it will be a basic body & fitness assessment to see where you are currently at.
